Cancelling an order
If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately you cannot cancel it. If you would like to cancel an order you have placed and it has not yet been dispatched, you must contact us on +44 03300430743. We will advise if your order has been dispatched and therefore if we can cancel it or not. If the phone lines are closed, you must notify us in writing to the email address enquiries@stock2store.com If your order has not yet been dispatched or picked and packed, we will cancel and refund your order free of charge. If your order has not yet been dispatched but has been picked and packed, we will cancel and refund your order minus an administration fee of 10%.
Returning an item
Stock2Store do not accept returns for items, unless in instances where items have been received in error or defective.
If you are wanting to return items because a picking error was made on our part or due to it being defective, we will organise for the collection of the item(s) via DPD or PalletTrack. Please ensure that the items are adequately packaged up so that they can be safely transported back to us. We would also request that you package any items to be collected by DPD into as few parcels as possible within the 25kg per parcel restrictions with no dimension greater than 1m. Upon receipt, back to us, of the erroneous or defective items, we will then either raise a refund or send back out replacement items which will be agreed with you beforehand.
Guarantees & Warranties
Whilst Stock2Store makes reasonable efforts to ensure we sell only the highest quality goods, we cannot offer any guarantee or warranty schemes other than those offered by the product manufacturers.
Terms & Conditions
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and both you and Stock2Store agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
