Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available for both parcels and pallets at an additional cost. The surcharge is £29.20 for parcels and £45 for pallets.

 

Delivery Times

Deliveries will take place between 8am and 4pm. Please ensure your address is easily accessible and that someone is available to sign for the delivery. If no one is present and a re-delivery is required, an additional charge will apply. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only, and the driver may not always be able to bring the pallet directly to your shop entrance.

 

Discrepancies

Any discrepancies with orders must be notified to us in writing to enquiries@stock2store.com within 24 hr’s of the receipt. No liability will be accepted for any discrepancies notified any later than 24 hr’s after your receipt has been received.

 

Pallet Deliveries

For pallet deliveries, you have 15 minutes to check that your order is complete and intact. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages or discrepancies if the proof of delivery is signed as correct or unchecked. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only, and the driver may not always be able to bring the pallet to your shop entrance. While some drivers may agree to take the pallet away, this is not guaranteed and is entirely at the driver’s discretion.

Orders will always be sent to the delivery/shipping address. Please ensure that you check that the delivery address entered is correct. We will not accept any liability for miss-delivery or re-delivery if the delivery address entered on the order is incorrect.

 

Same Day/Next Day Dispatch

Whilst we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible and on the same day, we can not always guarantee this. 

 

Heat Sensitive Products

Any products that are sensitive to heat and are ordered during the summer months are done so at your own risk. We can not accept any liability for damage caused in transit due to warm weather.

 

Residential & Commercial Address

For pallet deliveries we can only deliver by default to commercial properties. If you require a pallet delivering to a residential address, please ensure you have made us aware of this as there will be a surcharge of £7.50 for a home delivery.
